Damage: 600 for regular room, 1200 for VIP. VIP has its own shower and sauna inside. According to the girl at the front desk the therapist gives you a bath and goes to the sauna with you. Now, its anybody's guess how far things get in there. ES as usual is 500 for HJ, 1000  BJ, and according to the therapist I got, licking her puny nipples is going to cost me an upgrade, how much, I didn't care to ask. I've been goin around these types of places for awhile now so I'll give it another shot with another therapist.
